These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern your purchase of trading card repacks and related products (“Products”) from Northwood Partners LLC (“Northwood Partners,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who can buy

Products are intended for collectors aged 18 or older. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We sell through third-party marketplaces and you also agree to the rules and policies of the platform where the purchase is made.

2. What a repack is

A “repack” is a freshly assembled pack of authentic trading cards built to a fixed, published checklist. Every card that can appear in a repack series is listed on its checklist before sale. Repacks are sold as surprise products: you are buying a chance at the cards listed on the checklist, not a specific card, unless otherwise stated.

3. Surprise products

Repacks are sold as surprise products. The specific cards in any repack are determined at random and are sold as-is. Except as expressly stated at the point of sale, we make no guarantee as to the specific cards, values, conditions, or rarities contained in any repack.

4. Pricing & payment

Prices are shown at the point of sale on the platform where the Product is offered. All sales are processed by that platform, subject to its payment terms. Taxes and shipping may apply as displayed at checkout.

5. Shipping

We aim to package Products securely and ship promptly with tracking where available. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Risk of loss passes according to the policies of the marketplace through which you purchased.

6. Returns & refunds

Because repacks are surprise products, the specific cards received are determined by chance and are not eligible for return on the basis of which cards were pulled. Purchases made through a third-party marketplace are subject to that marketplace's own returns, refund, and buyer-protection policies, which govern any claims.

7. Claims & disputes

Any claim relating to an order, including condition, delivery, or authenticity, should be raised through the marketplace where the purchase was made, using its buyer-protection and dispute processes.

8. Intellectual property

Northwood Partners is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any marketplace, The Pokémon Company, Panini, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Bandai, or any other manufacturer. All card names, set names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification only.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northwood Partners LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of Products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued purchases after changes constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
